Pre-bankruptcy Credit Counseling for Chapter 7 or 13 in Atlanta

Prior to filing bankruptcy in Georgia, you must complete pre-bankruptcy credit counseling for Chapter 7 or 13. You must obtain a certificate of completion from this course. Most of our clients at Law Offices of Charles Clapp obtain their credit counseling online with credibility. If you are filing jointly with your spouse, you must be sure to enter both of your names and indicate that you are filing jointly, so that you will receive two certificates of counseling. The course should take you approximately 30 to 45 minutes and will review your income, budget, debts, and credit score.
