Pre-bankruptcy Credit Counseling in Atlanta

Prior to filing either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, you must complete a pre-bankruptcy filing course and obtain a certificate of completion. Most of our clients at Law Offices of Charles Clapp obtain their credit counseling online with Credability. If you are filing jointly with your spouse, you must be sure to enter both of your names and indicate that you are filing jointly, so that you will receive two certificates of counseling. The course should take you approximately 30 to 45 minutes and will review your income, budget, debts, and credit score.
